Our History:
The Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy was founded in 1982 in King
of Prussia. The school was found by Mary Jo Myers and Victoria Ross. Through
the use of massage therapy and holistic living, Victoria was able to assist
Mary Jo in her fight with Lupus. They founded the school to fulfill their
desire to share the gift of massage with all those that wanted to learn.
In 2001, due to growth and expansion needs, the school moved to Oaks,
Pennsylvania. Since 1982 we have helped approximately 4,500 people start
their journey towards a new career in massage therapy. Our graduates have
been successful working at hospitals, spas, health clubs, athletic teams,
and in their own practices.
Today the school continues to grow and we needed a new home to accommodate
our growth. In July 2008, we will return to where it all began - King
of Prussia!
Come visit us at 211 South Gulph Road, King of Prussia PA. But please
call for an appointment; we need to know when you are stopping by!
Becoming a Massage Therapist can be one of the most rewarding decisions
you can make.
We are now accepting applications for classes at our new King of Prussia
campus!
